"Arrived early for check in . They would not let us check in till 3pm.
Just dropping our bags & going on our way. No use of premises.
wake up call next morning was 1 hr. earlier than requested. Desk clerk was sleeping on couch in lobby when we wanted to check out at 6am . we had to wake him. The hotel was not at all busy there was no reason for delay in check in & check out. Towels were very thin & small ."
